In the wake of yesterday’s bombing at the Boston Marathon, I can’t help but sit back and think about what is happening in our world. Shootings at movie theaters and schools, bombings at athletic events… sometimes I don’t understand the world we live in today. And when I hear of these horrific attacks, my mind immediately goes to my baby, who crawls around every day without a care in the world, not knowing what’s right outside her door. I don’t ever want her to be afraid, so in turn, I will not live our life in fear. Springing Forward

Hi friends! How is that we turned our clocks ahead this weekend? 2013 seems to be flying at a world-record pace. Spring is right around the corner which means blossoms, buds and flowers. A Valentine’s Day Love Shoot

Before the month of love comes to an end (seriously, where it 2013 going!?) we wanted to share the wedding stationery we designed for a Valentine’s day styled shoot dreamed up by the amazingly talented Dogwood Events. When we were asked to participate, the only answer was yes! And when we were told to not use the traditional colors and heart motif we’ve all come to associate Valentine’s day with, we were even more excited. The shoot was held at the lovely Belmont Ridge Country Club in a room where there was a lovely mix of antique elements and modern decor.
