Font Friday

Hi friends! I’m so excited because this is my first post for Font Friday…. make that Font Friday the 13th!

Recently, I joined Twitter (@WeswenDesign) and have “met” some very cool gals doing some awesome things with design, fonts, styling, you name it. When I ran across their Font Friday (#Fontfriday) group I just knew these were my kind of peoples. I’m excited to join in this week with a font that I seem to be using for everything right now: Archer

Oh Archer, I can’t get enough of you!! This slab serif has a special sweetness that makes it versatile from invitations to the most corporate of projects. This font is certainly not new, but I think it’s too good not to bath in the limelight for just a bit. And for you Martha Stewart Living readers, if this looks vaguely familiar, you’re right… it’s the body copy font for her magazine. Rockstar. And, it’s the font right here on the blog/website!
