How are the pieces printed?

All Maggie Collection designs are digitally printed on 130 pound white card stock that is ultra smooth and uncoated.

What are the sizes for each element?

The standard size for each element are as follows:

Invitation: 5 x 7, vertical format (requires A7 envelope)

Reply Card: 3.5 x 4.875 (requires 4bar envelope)

Save-the-Date Card: 4.5 x 6.25 (requires A6 envelope)

What sort of envelopes come with the order?

The plethora of envelope options is overwhelming today. To keep your costs to a minimum, we ship each order with a luxury, white envelope that is the perfect compliment to every design. We can certainly assist with other envelope ideas, however, we will not supply them for you, nor will the price change should you choose to not utilize the white envelopes that ship with each order.

Format Changes

Beyond your color choices, our designer can change formats if you’d like your invitation to be a little more personal (i.e., vertical to horizontal, or square). There is a $50 additional fee for any format change per card.

How many colors may I choose? 

Each design in the Maggie Collection comes with two complimentary colors from the Maggie Collection color palette.

Designs with more than two color choices will be an additional $25 per color.

We will be happy to custom match colors from a Pantone book for an additional $35.

How does the order process work?

We’ve gone to great lengths to make sure ordering from the Maggie Collection is as simple as possible!

Go to: ORDER and complete the online form. This supplies us with all the details we need to start your proof. At this stage, you will receive a Paypal invoice to be paid. No jobs will be printed until the invoice is paid in full.

Once you receive your proof, you can either make changes, or give the approval to have the order printed.

Orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks of approval date.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we have all the elements to proceed with your order, you will receive an electronic proof to review within 48 hours. Typically the entire process takes 2–4 weeks depending on how quickly the proof is approved.

Reviewing your order

We ask that you take great care in reviewing your final proof. When you sign off on your proof, you are giving the final approval on the layout and all information as it is shown. Any errors (typos, misspellings, layout problems) found after the final proof has been approved is considered your responsibility. Weswen Design cannot be held responsible for such errors.

Returns

Because each order is personalized to an individual couple, returns cannot be accepted. If you change your mind and decide to go another direction, please do so before you approve the proof, otherwise, there are no refunds given after this time as your order is already in progress.
